Praline Pie
1 Nilla Wafer Pie Crust 1 Egg White (lightly beaten) 1/4 cup Butter, melted 3/4 cup Flour 1 tsp. Baking Powder 1 large Egg 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed) 1 cup Pecans, chopped 1 cup thawed Whipped topping |
Brush pie crust with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 mins. Mix butter, sugar, flour and baking powder on medium speed until well blended. Add whole egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup pecans and pour into pie crust. Sprinkle remaining pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. or until filling is set in center and top is lightly brown. Cool completely. Serve with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
